From Sunrise to Sunset
A Sunset on the Pacific California Coast....
A Sunset on the Pacific California Coast....
From a Sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean in the Bahamas to a Sunset on the Pacific, West Coast in California, each oil on glass canvas has been given great detail to replicate their beauty.
Captioned below are start to finish techniques used in painting both sides of the glass canvas. Greater care was had in painting the back side (light to dark & backwards) to ensure shadows and highlights were captured on the visual side properly.
Also; by leaving some glass unpainted on the visual side, one can see their reflection in/on the painting when viewing. Pretty cool!
